Proud to share that, for the first time in the Middle East, I led the launch of HSBC Bank’s Unique In-Store Banking Concept in Dubai (UAE) in 2001. The facility extended banking hours for customer convenience. The project’s success led to many more in-store branches by HSBC & other banks in entire Middle East.
